In 2010, my goal is to focus on my Cow Cuttin Colonel babies. I want to do all that I can to give them the chance that they deserve to be in the showpen! It is so important to have a goal that you can reference if you are trying to make decisions throughout the year. What is your goal for 2010?
My goal for 2010 with my CCC baby is to introduce him to as many new places as I can. I am planning on showing at the NWRA shows this year in the beginner classes. I know the more I practice the more comfortable we will both be. For me this year it's not about the score but more about correctly performing the different components that make up a pattern. I am looking forward to learning and growing together with Stetson this year as I work on this goal. One of the things that I have noticed about having Allison at the shows as she coaches you is that she points out the things you are doing right as well as the things you aren't doing right. That positive approach really gave me a huge confidence boost and I am really looking forward to the next time.
